Support early childhood education as a Pre-K Counts Teacher Assistant/Paraeducator in an elementary school setting. This contract role offers a structured workweek, focusing on assisting young learners in a classroom environment. The position is based onsite at a school located in Robesonia, PA, with an immediate start date and a contract extending through June 5, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers with classroom management and instructional activities for Pre-K students.
- Support the development of foundational skills in early learners.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and document student progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with educational staff to implement lesson plans and activities.
Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania State paraeducator licensure.
- Experience working as a paraeducator in Pennsylvania schools.
- Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screening as part of onboarding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to supporting young childrens educational development.
Location: Robesonia, PA onsite, Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week.
